Personal information refers to data about an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or by other means, excluding anonymized information. The personal information covered in this Policy includes: basic personal information (including birthday, delivery address, gender, and mobile phone number); online identity information (including user ID, nickname, profile picture, and third-party platform account information); personal property information (including virtual property such as coupons, membership cards, IC cards, account balances, gold coins, as well as order, transaction, and consumption records); personal online browsing history and log information (including product usage and click history); personal location information; and personal tag information. Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, if leaked or used illegally, could easily infringe upon a natural person's dignity or endanger their personal or property safety. The sensitive personal information covered in this Policy includes personal property information such as coupons, membership cards, IC cards, account balances, gold coins, and other virtual property, as well as order, transaction, and consumption records.
(I) Circumstances in which you authorize us to collect your personal information
1. User account management
(1) Basic account services
To become our user and enable us to provide platform-based membership services, you may register an account by authorizing a third-party platform (including WeChat, etc., hereinafter the same) account. We will obtain your account information (including WeChat account nickname, avatar, and OPENID) from the third-party platform to verify your identity and enable convenient login or registration.
(2) Additional value-added services
You may choose to provide your birthday, region, and gender information to allow us to deliver better personalized services and experiences. Additionally, to verify the identity of users making large-scale top-ups or specific user groups (such as students), issue or bind welfare coupons, and handle user complaints, we may also need to collect your mobile phone number. If you choose not to provide this information, you may be unable to use certain features or services within specific Products, but this will not affect your access to other basic features or services.
2. Payment and Purchase/Coin Order Management
To display your account transaction information and ensure transaction security, our system will generate orders for product and/or service purchases. We will collect information about your virtual assets (such as coupons, membership cards, IC cards, account balances, and gold coins), as well as specific order details (order number, order creation time, and transaction amount), for display purposes and to facilitate the management of your orders and account assets.
3. Remote Order Fraud Risk Control
To mitigate financial risks and prevent remote order fraud, we will collect your location information after you enable location permissions.
4. Customer Service and After-Sales Services
When you contact our customer service or use other user response features (such as personal information protection complaints or suggestions, other after-sales services, dispute resolution, or requests), we will ask you to provide necessary personal information to verify your identity and ensure the security of your account and our system. To process your request, our customer service representatives will query or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization and use it only as needed. If you refuse to provide this information or provide incorrect information, we will be unable to assist you. After confirming your identity, we will also store your contact information (the details you use to contact us or other information you proactively provide), your correspondence/call history and content, and other necessary information related to your request to enable us to contact you, assist with your issue, or record the resolution and results.
5. Personalized Recommendations
Based on your personal information (including past transaction records and region), we will combine one or more of these data points to identify your consumption preferences, behavior patterns, and location-related characteristics, and create tags to provide you with personalized content—such as tailored page displays, nearby merchant discount recommendations, and customized packages—that better align with your needs.
Certain features or services of our Products may require you to provide specific personal information. When you select such features or services, we will notify you via pop-ups and obtain your consent. By providing this information, you agree to our processing of your personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in this Policy. If you choose not to provide this information, you may be unable to use such features or services properly, but this will not affect your use of other features or services of the Product.
(II) Circumstances Where You Directly Authorize STAR AISA Merchants to Collect Your Personal Information
You acknowledge and confirm that, to facilitate your purchase of relevant products or services, STAR AISA's partner merchants specifically authorize and entrust us to provide SaaS system technical support to collect your order information and necessary transaction-related data (including mobile phone number, delivery address, and purchase history) to facilitate transactions between you and the merchant and enable the merchant to provide subsequent after-sales services. In such cases, some of your personal information is provided directly to STAR AISA's partner merchants, who are responsible for fulfilling personal information protection obligations. We act solely as a trustee of the merchant's personal information. The specific circumstances are as follows:
1. Delivery of Products and/or Services
After you use payment, purchase/coin deposit, or coupon services and complete payment/receipt/redemption, STAR AISA's partner merchants will provide you with the corresponding products and/or services. These merchants will need to use your mobile phone number, order information (specific order number, order creation time, order status, order content, order quantity, and notes), online identity information (user ID, nickname, profile picture), transaction and spending records, and virtual assets (coupons, membership cards, IC cards, account balance, and gold coins) to facilitate the delivery of physical gifts.
Some products/services offer a points mall feature. If you wish to redeem points for physical gifts, you will need to provide the merchant with the recipient's name, address, and mobile phone number to facilitate delivery.
2. Customer Service and After-Sales Services
When you contact a merchant's customer service or use other user response features (such as personal information protection complaints or suggestions, other after-sales services, dispute resolution, or requests), the merchant will need to collect necessary personal information to verify your identity—including your account information (user ID, nickname, profile picture) and mobile phone number—to ensure the security of your account and the system. To process your request, the merchant's customer service will query or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization and use it only as needed. If you refuse to provide this information or provide incorrect information, the merchant will be unable to assist you. After confirming your identity, the merchant will also store your contact information (the details you use to contact them or other information you proactively provide), location information (for locating device failures), your correspondence/call history and content with the merchant, and other necessary information related to your request to enable them to contact you, assist with your issue, or record the resolution and results.
3. Personalized Recommendations
Based on your personal information (past transaction history, region, gender, and birthday), some merchants may combine one or more of these data points to identify your consumption preferences, behavioral habits, and location characteristics, and create tags to provide you with more tailored page displays and personalized content recommendations.
(III) Circumstances in which we indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties
We may indirectly obtain user identification information (such as profile pictures, nicknames, and OpenID) from third parties that you have authorized to share such data. After you agree to this Policy, we will link your third-party platform account with your STAR AISA product account, allowing you to log in and use our Products directly through your third-party platform account.
(IV) Scenarios in which you may choose to provide your personal information
To provide you with more convenient and high-quality products and/or services and enhance your user experience, we may enable system permissions to collect and use your personal information in the services we offer. If you do not consent to enabling these permissions, your use of other basic Product features or services will not be affected, but you may be unable to enjoy the additional user experience provided by these optional services.
1. Location Permission

4. Album/Photo and Storage Permissions
Permission Description: Access your albums/photos and read, upload, edit, or modify images and files in your device's storage (e.g., upload/edit/modify avatars).
5. Clipboard

Usage Scenario and Purpose: Allows us to write a referral code to your clipboard so you can receive new user benefits on our partner platforms. Please note that, aside from writing the referral code, we will not read, copy, access, or upload any other clipboard information.
Note on Specific Functional Permissions: Since our Product is web-based and relies on third-party platforms such as WeChat and browsers, enabling or disabling the functional permissions required for specific features must be done through the authorization settings of WeChat, browsers, or other third-party platforms. Most mobile devices support this functionality. For specific instructions, please refer to your mobile device's service provider or manufacturer, or contact us. Please note that enabling any permission authorizes us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide the corresponding service. Disabling any permission revokes your authorization—we will no longer collect or use the relevant personal information based on that permission and will be unable to provide the corresponding service. Your decision to disable a permission does not affect the collection and use of information previously authorized by you.

Please note that processed data refers to information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this data with other information that can identify a specific natural person, such combined information will be considered personal information during the period of use. Unless we obtain your authorization or are required by law or regulation, we will de-identify this information to protect the security of your personal information.
(III) When displaying your personal information, we will desensitize it through methods such as content replacement and anonymization to protect your information security.
(IV) If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will re-explain this to you and obtain your consent.
(V) To help you discover more products or services that meet your personal needs, we and STAR AISA merchants will generate indirect demographic profiles based on your historical spending amount, frequency, and region to provide you with personalized recommendations. If you do not wish to receive personalized recommendations from us or merchants, you may contact the merchant via the contact information provided in this Policy to opt out.
(VI) We or our third-party partners may obtain and use your information through cookies or similar technologies and store such information as log data.
We use cookies to provide users with a simple and user-friendly online experience. A cookie is a small amount of data sent from a web server to your browser and stored on your device. We use cookies to benefit users—for example, to speed up the login process, you can choose to store your username in a cookie, making future logins to our services easier and faster.
